When a shopper enters their details and leaves without completing checkout, Ebni saves the cart under Abandoned.
Ebni emails those shoppers automatically once, roughly an hour after they leave. You can also send a recovery email yourself, or message them on WhatsApp from the same screen.
A cart disappears from the list the moment that customer completes any order — you never chase a sale you already made.
