1. The Service

Ebni lets you build, edit, and publish websites and online stores. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and all activity under it. You must be legally able to enter a contract.

3. Plans, billing & renewal

• Paid plans are billed in advance in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via our payment processors.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish or sell anything that is unlawful under Egyptian law, infringes others’ rights, or distributes malware, fraud, or spam. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and products you publish. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, display, and back up that content to operate the Service.

6. Availability & support

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is provided through the channels listed on our site.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination your right to use the Service ends; published sites may be taken offline.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes are subject to the competent Egyptian courts.
