Choose how customers pay you
Cash on delivery, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash and card.
Open Settings → Payment methods and switch on what you actually accept. At least one method must stay on.
- Cash on delivery — the courier collects. The order is confirmed the moment it is placed.
- InstaPay — add your InstaPay address. The shopper transfers and the order waits as Pending until you confirm the money arrived.
- Vodafone Cash — same flow, with your wallet number.
- Card (Paymob) — online card payment. You can use your own Paymob account by adding your keys, or the platform gateway.
Wallet orders stay Pending on purpose: they only become real orders — and real customers in your reports — once you confirm payment.
