How to write an About page that builds trust
Your story, in the customer’s interest — not a wall of text nobody reads.
The About page is one of the most visited pages on any small-business site — people buy from businesses they trust. But most About pages talk only about the owner. Flip it: tell your story in terms of what it means for the customer.
Cover who you are, why you started, and what you promise — briefly. Add a real photo of you, your team or your workshop; a face earns more trust than any logo. Include your city and how to reach you.
Keep it human and specific. “We hand-roast our beans every morning in Maadi” beats “We are committed to quality” every time.
